This 16" precision upper is designed to deliver the accuracy and manuverability you desire without the heavy price tag. We believe this combination delivers more bang for your buck. The designation "CTS Mk 16 mod 0" is a way for Carolina Tactical Supply to keep the barrels and custom upper packages organized. IT was renamed from the CTS RECCE 16 that was previously introduced. This the first of a series of 16" uppers, hence the "mod 0" designation.
